"The NETC video is good to show at the beginning of January and the end of the year for travel the next year. Make sure the school and local newspapers take pictures of the group doing an activity for travel (or the local paper could print your own “copy” with pictures).  Make sure you leave an email address and/or school contact number/name. Contact the city’s “school news/notes” editor.  Whenever you travel with students, bring a newspaper, get the kids around it, and take a photo - send it to the newsroom and the editor will print it with the information and contact numbers."
