Cancellation Protection and Travel Insurance
Total Surety Plan

Job Loss Protection Plan
The Total Surety Plan includes the Job Loss Protection Plan which provides for cancelling or temporarily putting a tour on hold, as a result of a covered job loss right up to the tour departure date. Details at Job Loss Protection Plan

NETC includes important travel insurance for all teachers, group leaders and participants. This policy provides only limited cancellation protection.

NETC provides each head teacher with a cell phone. Students can rent cell phones that will work abroad.

Financial Security/Bonding and Accreditation
NETC is audited annually by an independent firm of Certified Public Accountants. NETC maintains a $1 million Escrow Account at Merrill Lynch to provide refunds to our passengers in the unlikely event that applicable refunds are not made for tours cancelled by NETC.
NETC is approved for listing and carries the maximum bond with the Airlines Reporting Corporation and the International Airlines Travel Agent Network.
